How will my order be shipped?

Orders from the Continental USA or Canada are shipped UPS or CANPAR Ground . All others are shipped INTERNATIONAL MAIL.

How long will it take to ship my order and how long before I get it?

Most orders are shipped within one to two business days. If an item is on backorder we will notify you immediatly by e-mail.

If you live in the Continental United States or Canada it should take about 8 to 14 days for your shipment to arrive. If you live elsewhere it will take from 2 to 10 weeks. For example it takes about 5 weeks to the United Kingdom, France or Ireland, 6 to 7 weeks to Australia or Japan and 8 to 10 weeks to Brazil.

What is your Return and Exchange Policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 30 days of the original purchase for replacement or refund (excluding shipping and handling costs) as long as the merchandise is in it's original packaging and is unused and in original condition. If the merchandise is not in original condition or used we will charge a minimum 20% restocking fee. Custom orders are non-refundable.

I live in Canada. What price do I pay?

All prices are in U.S. dollars. To determine what you will pay in Canadian dollars, multiply your total cost by a factor of 1.60

You may pay by VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover using our secure server which will encript your credit card and personal information before transmitting it to us.
